| Modern Apprentice events are very popular at Hollowford. These events are designed to be challenging, memorable and help the apprentice with the transition from education to the world of work. Events feature outdoor activities such as caving, raft building and high ropes. Instructors facilitate debriefs during which apprentices identify learning outcomes and relate these back to work. Key Skill development and assessments are a feature of many Modern Apprentice events. Evidence can be logged in our computer suite, companies can send observers and many companies choose to have the apprentices deliver presentations at the end of their event. |
