| Who we are? |
The Hollowford Centre is the principal activity of the Lindley Educational Trust. The trust has been helping young people through some of life’s transitions (primary school to secondary, school into work or higher education & moving into a leadership role at work) for over forty years. Hollowford aims to be a centre of excellence for the development of young people using outdoor learning.
The Centre is situated just outside the village of Castleton in the heart of the Peak District National Park, in the shadow of Mam Tor. The Centre was purpose built and offers comfortable accommodation, primarily in 4-bedded rooms with en suite facilities. Leisure options include table tennis, a pool table, TV & video, a stereo system, a karaoke machine and wireless internet access. There is a small ‘tuck’ shop and a licensed bar is available on request. A wide range of challenging activities are available to suit all abilities.
